Giving Thanks to Vicki Mosgrove!
We give great thanks for Vicki Mosgrove, who has served the Finger Lakes SPCA since September 1991 as Executive Director. She retired from her service on May 6, 2023. In recognition of her tireless and selfless dedication to the health and well-being of the animals in our community, we are placing a gazebo in the
