We give great thanks for Vicki Mosgrove, who has served the Finger Lakes SPCA since September 1991 as Executive Director. She retired from her service on May 6, 2023.

In recognition of her tireless and selfless dedication to the health and well-being of the animals in our community, we placed a gazebo in the area in front of the adoption center, which will be a constant reminder of the joy and passion she has offered this community.
